We want you to love using Curate Presence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net to look up your order and contact support, or
- Contact Curate Presence at the support email listed in your account, and we'll help you through the process.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
